On Command's installation and service organization consists of hundreds of personnel in the United States and Canada. Field service personnel are responsible for system maintenance and distribution of video cassettes. On Command's installation personnel prepare site surveys to determine the type of equipment to be installed at each hotel, install systems, train the hotel staff to operate the systems, and perform quality control tests. On Command also utilizes local installation subcontractors supervised by full-time On Command personnel to install its systems

On Command also provides real time comprehensive management and monitering for On Command systems. Rack Vision takes advantage of On Command's national data network infrastructure to relay messages to a centrally monitored location for speedy service support.

On Command maintains a toll-free technical support hot line that is monitored 24 hours a day by trained support technicians. The on-line diagnostic capability of On Command's systems enables On Command to identify and resolve a majority of the reported system malfunctions from the Company's service control center without visiting the hotel property.
