its Just Missed TV offering, originally launched in December 2004 with the
airing of American Chopper from the
Discovery Channel. Subsequent to the original programming launch, On Command also
reached agreement with Showtime Networks whereby two of Showtime’s extremely
successful series, L Word and Fat Actress, have been added to On Command’s time-shifted
line-up. On Command’s technology enables this highly sought after programming
to be made available to hotel guests within two hours after its original air
time, unlike some other technologies which require up to 24 hours for content
delivery to the hotel.
